La palabra de la semana en inglés: 'yoga'

Como cada semana, vamos a aprender inglés con la academia Atlantic Group*, que nos propone una palabra relacionada con Malasaña para aumentar nuestro vocabulario en ese idioma:

Yoga:a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practised for health and relaxation. (Más información y significados de esta palabra).

Traemos a colación el término porque: “Many, many words in English have been borrowed from other languages. One of these is YOGA (which coincidentally has also been borrowed and incorporated into Spanish!) A word that has entered so many other languages must be significant, right?
